Stone Crab Claws

Stone Crab season runs Oct 15 to May 15 each year

The claws you purchase from us are always already cooked

  • Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil on high heat.
  • Add stone crab claws and lower heat to medium.
  • Boil for 1 to 2 minutes if frozen

Place claws on ice for 10 minutes or until cold, if you don’t want to eat them hot. If the claws are fresh or defrosted, you can eat them as is, since they are already cooked when you purchased them.
